Customer Service In Social Media – Infographics

It’s something I see more and more of in the Twitterverse; companies using social media as a forum to speak to disgruntled customers. It’s the same on Facebook. It’s increasingly common for people to go directly to a company’s Twitter or Facebook page in order to voice a complaint rather than writing a letter or email. I’ve especially seen it on Facebook that if somebody puts a complaint on a company’s page that a lot of people agree with then it can snowball into a PR disaster as single comments generate thousands of ‘likes’ and hundreds of sympathetic comments in support.
